High-end Offset Press

To ensure the highest quality of package printing, we have made significant investments in state-of-the-art equipment and management systems. Our three printed packaging facilities employ the Six Sigma Management System to minimize production uncertainties. At our Zhejiang offset printed packaging facility, we utilize the most advanced offset printing presses, such asManrolandand Heidelberg Speedmaster Sheetfed Offset Printing Press. These presses are suitable for both long and short print runs, small and large area printing, and thin paper and thick paperboard printing. Notably, the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 162 and XL 145 models can print on paperboard as thick as 1.6mm. Please see below for further specifications.

Throughout the printing process, expensive gold and silver inks are applied in addition to CMYK color printing, all of which are done on our offset printing press. This method is less costly than foil stamping. The most commonly used metallic gold colors are Pantone Metallic 871 C, 872 C, 873 C, 874 C, 875 C, and 876 C.
